The Brothers Behind Huuso
Huuso Exteriors was built by three brothers, each with a different strength. Tim builds the systems, Kevin runs the jobs, and Bryan set the standard for how we treat people. Everything we do sits on what they built together: safety, accountability, and one word, Honor. That’s what Huuso means.
Tim Reifsteck
Tim spent 30 years building and leading a national contracting operation before founding Huuso. He designs the systems behind every project we take on, from the safety procedures that protect our crews on the roof to the quality processes that make sure a customer in Naperville gets the same result as a customer in Joliet. When your job runs clean from first inspection to final walkthrough, that’s Tim’s work showing.
Bryan Reifsteck
Bryan, 1979 to 2024, set the standard this company still runs on. He believed real relationships were the backbone of the business and that the job wasn’t done until the customer was taken care of, and he proved it on every project he touched. Doing right by people was Bryan’s rule. From how we treat our crews to how we treat our customers, you’ll meet him in every job we do.
Kevin Reifsteck
Kevin is a licensed Illinois roofing contractor and a veteran, and he runs our field operations the way his military service taught him: proven procedures, no shortcuts, and personal accountability for every result. He’s the owner you’ll actually meet, on job sites every week managing inspections, storm reports, and installations. When a complicated project comes off without a hitch, that’s Kevin’s discipline at work.
